Welcome. By accessing and using this website, you accept the terms and conditions detailed herein. We recommend that you read them carefully before making a purchase. Our store specialises in the sale of alcoholic products and complies with all current legal regulations in Spain.
Sales restrictions
- Minimum age: The purchase of alcoholic products is restricted to persons over 18 years of age. By placing an order, you declare that you are at least 18 years old.
- Distribution area: We only ship within Spanish territory, including the following areas:
- Mainland Spain
- Balearic Islands
- Canary Islands
- Ceuta and Melilla
Payment methods
- Virtual POS: We offer a secure payment system through our payment gateway, which accepts credit and debit cards.
- BIZUM: You can also pay via BIZUM, a fast and secure option.
Pricing and shipping costs
- Product prices: All prices include applicable VAT and are expressed in euros.
- Shipping costs: We apply a fixed cost depending on the destination zone:
- Mainland Spain: €5.95
- Balearic Islands: €9.95
- Canary Islands: €9.95
- Ceuta and Melilla: €9.95
- Shipping costs will be added to the final price upon completing the purchase.
Purchase process
- Product selection: Choose the desired products and add them to the cart.
- Order confirmation: Review your cart, select the payment method and confirm your order.
- Secure payment: Complete the payment via virtual POS or BIZUM.
- Order confirmation: You will receive an email with the details of your purchase and shipping information.
Shipping policy
- Delivery times:
- Mainland Spain: 4-5 working days.
- Balearic Islands: 7-8 working days.
- Canary Islands: 7-8 working days.
- Ceuta and Melilla: 7-8 working days.
- Preparation times: Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
- Transport times may be altered by extraordinary incidents with the carrier and by difficulties in the delivery of the goods.
Returns and exchanges
- Damaged or defective products: If you receive a product in poor condition, contact us within a maximum period of 48 hours after delivery. We will request photographic evidence to manage the return or replacement.
- Returns are not accepted: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or a shipping error.
The Seller guarantees its customers the possibility of cancelling their order at any time and without any cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipping.
The customer shall have a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product. The customer shall communicate to The Seller within the stipulated period and by any legally accepted means, their wish to exercise the right of contract termination. The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, where applicable, invoice issued to The Seller.
The customer may return any item purchased from The Seller provided the products have not been opened or used and retain their seal or original packaging. In these cases, The Seller shall return the purchase money via a credit card refund, by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer or by credit to their personal account. If a product different from the one requested by the customer were delivered by mistake of The Seller, it shall be withdrawn and the correct product delivered without any additional charge to the buyer.
Customer obligations
The Seller’s customer undertakes at all times to provide truthful information regarding the data requested in the user registration or order forms, and to keep them updated at all times.
The customer undertakes to accept all provisions and conditions contained in these General Contracting Conditions, understanding that they reflect the best service intent possible for the type of activity carried out by The Seller.
The customer also undertakes to keep their personal access keys to our website confidential and with the utmost diligence.
The customer undertakes to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address where the requested order can be delivered within the usual goods delivery hours (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 18:00). In case of breach by the customer of this obligation, The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the customer.
Limitation of liability
- Vínica is not responsible for the misuse of the products purchased.
- In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer is responsible for customs procedures and any additional costs that may arise.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will apply to all orders placed after the publication of the updates.
Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction
Sales made with The Seller are subject to Spanish legislation.
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy, the applicable jurisdiction will be that of the Courts or Tribunals of the buyer.
