3. Rules for our contest on @vinica_gin and @divinofestival_carinena on Instagram

Rules and conditions for participation

This action is not intended in any way to advertise or encourage the consumption of alcohol or drinks containing alcohol — and certainly not by minors who may come across our Instagram profiles. We recommend moderate consumption of alcoholic beverages, and only by those of legal drinking age.

The prize offered in this action is not intended to encourage addictive behaviour, particularly not in minors, nor to promote alcohol consumption.

Individuals aged 18 or over may take part in the draw by:

  1. Following our accounts @vinica_gin and @divinofestival_carinena on Instagram.
  2. Meeting the access criteria to be an Instagram user (https://privacycenter.instagram.com/policy), and demonstrating that they are over 18.
  3. Indicating their intention to follow the profiles @vinica_gin and @divinofestival_carinena. This will be verified at the time of the draw.
  4. Liking the draw post.
  5. Tagging (with their authorisation to do so) the person they would like to attend the Rozalén concert with, so that both may enjoy the prize together. (For tax purposes, each ticket is valued at €19.50.)

@vinica_gin and @divinofestival_carinena will verify that the winning profile meets these conditions.

Start and end dates of the campaign for the draw

This campaign begins on 03/09/2025 and eligible entries will be collected until 09/09/2025 at 23:59.

The draw will take place on 10 September 2025.

The campaign is aimed at followers of both profiles who meet the stated requirements, through our @vinica_gin and @divinofestival_carinena profiles on INSTAGRAM.

The promoter reserves the right to postpone or extend the draw period in case of force majeure, as well as the right to interpret these terms and conditions.

The draw will be conducted by @vinica_gin and @divinofestival_carinena as follows:

The draw will be carried out using a verified commercial application such as sortealo.app or similar.

The result of the draw will be announced on this same channel, and we will also contact the winners via Instagram

Should it prove impossible to contact winning profiles that have met the requirements through no fault of @vinica_gin and @divinofestival_carinena, we will attempt to contact the reserve winners.

Reserve winners of the draw @vinica_gin and @divinofestival_carinena:

@vinica_gin and @divinofestival_carinena will, as a precautionary measure, select three profiles that have met the requirements, and in the event that the primary winners cannot be contacted, will make one attempt with the reserves.

The economic value of the prize is €19.50 per ticket. Tickets are not currently on sale.

The promoter accepts no liability whatsoever for the authorisation and/or consent that the owners of the profiles you share may have granted you. @vinica_gin and @divinofestival_carinena assumes that the person providing said data has obtained consent or authorisation, or is acting as a representative of the profile owners. In the event of any legal claim from either of the profiles provided, the person who included that data will be held liable.
